Julie A. Heidtke is a Partner at Landrock where she leads capital formation and investor relations, and also oversees several operational areas. Julie concurrently continues to lead investor relations for the Legacy Firm. Julie joined WHIREP in 2019 and played a key role in raising WHIREP’s most recent $385 million fund, and she has been responsible for managing all existing and prospective investor relationships. Prior to joining WHIREP, she was a Vice President at Klaff Realty, LP, where her responsibilities included both investor relations and asset management of a portfolio of real estate and related investments in Latin America. Previously, she was a Vice President at FPL Advisory Group, where she led consulting engagements providing executive- and director-compensation advice primarily to publicly-held real estate firms. Julie holds a B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She lives in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood with her husband, baby boy, and fluffy pup.
