Beau M. Wittmer is a Partner of Landrock focused on investment research, sourcing, execution and asset management, and he is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Concurrent with his role at Landrock, Beau serves on WHIREP’s Investment Committee and remains responsible for key Legacy Fund investments and operating partner relationships. Beau joined the Legacy Firm in 2015 and has closed more than 75 acquisition, joint venture, sale, and financing transactions, along with significant leasing, redevelopment and development activities since that time. Prior to joining WHIREP, Beau focused on investment sales and capital markets at global real estate investment bank Eastdil Secured, and he began his professional career at Pritzker Realty Group. He graduated from Yale University with a B.A., cum laude, in Cognitive Science and served as Executive Director of the Yale Undergraduate Law Review. Beau lives in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago with his wife and their energetic baby boy.
